Unwired Launchpad

The CD you received with your modem contains several support tools that will assist you in connecting to Unwired, and then, making the most of your service.

  • Launchpad Launchpad - a systems tray application that provides easy access to the below Unwired support tools (windows® only)
  • Connection Assistant Connection Assistant - takes you through, step by step, on how to connect your modem to your PC or MAC
  • Email Assistant Email Assistant - to help you configure your Unwired email account to Outlook Express (windows® only)
  • Reception Assistant Reception Assistant - helps you determine the best position for your modem to receive optimum reception (windows® only)
  • Refresh Connection Refresh Connection - if connection to our network has failed, use this release/renew process
