Instructions to Download and Install the Optimiser

1.

After you have clicked on the logo and see the following pop-up window, choose 'Run'.
( Note: If you wish to download the Optimiser and install it on your computer later, choose 'Save'. We recommend you save the file to your desktop.)

Follow the prompts on the Wizard and choose the Next button until you see the following window:

InstallShield Wizard Complete

Make sure you select to restart your computer (as above).
Choose Finish.
Your computer will reboot.

Note: If you are updating the Optimiser version on your computer, the Wizard will prompt you to reboot your computer twice. Simply follow the prompts provided.

You need to complete this process so that the Optimiser is succesfully installed on your computer.

Once your computer has rebooted, note the icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen,

  • Optimiser On means that the Optimiser is On and is working.
  • Optimiser Off means that the Optimiser is Off.

If your Unwired's Venturi Optimiser is OFF, and you would like to turn it ON, please Restart the Optimiser.
