Complaints

  • I have a complaint - who do I talk to?

    You can register complaints or concerns by calling Unwired Customer care on
    1300 761 881. If the matter is not resolved right away you can escalate the matter either over the phone or by submitting your concerns in writing to Unwired. This can be done by email to unwired@unwired.com.au.

    The appropriate person will then respond and attempt to resolve the issue.

    If you are unhappy with Unwired's response you can escalate your concerns to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
