Contract Terms and Setup Fees

As of 1st July 2008, you do not need to sign up to a contract to join Unwired. We currently have no activation and no contract fees on our broandband services.
Unwired's Wireless Modem is available as both a Pre-paid no contract service or a monthly plan service with no contract and an associated activation fee. See Unwired's plans and pricing for more details.

You cannot change your Fast Internet 128/64 or 64/32 plan contract term. If you wish to terminate your contract term prior to your contract end date, you will pay out at most, the remainder of your contract x the plan fee you joined Unwired on. e.g. $15.95 x 11 months for a customer on the Switch On plans. Unwired offers a 7 day money back guarantee to all new customers who are not happy with their service for any reason. To take advantage of this, just contact the Unwired helpdesk on 1300 761 881. In order to receive a full rebate, your modem and equipment must be returned in its original packaging and condition and must be in full working order. Your modem, power adapter and Ethernet or USB cable are covered by a 12 month warranty. Additional equipment that you purchase from Unwired may be covered by a separate warranty. For more information, please refer to the Unwired terms & conditions available on the Unwired website.
