How can I recycle my Unwired modem?




Thank you for deciding to recycle your Unwired modem.

Before you recycle your Unwired modem, please make sure you close your Unwired account by calling our friendly staff on 1300 761 881.

Once you have closed your account, we will send you a post bag labelled with our return details. To make sure we can recycle your modem, please:

  1. Place the Unwired equipment into its original carton* with the power adapter and ethernet cable, into the post bag
  2. Post the bag

*If you do not have the original carton, please help us by using alternative packaging that will help protect the modem during transit. Please include all the accessories you have as we can recycle all parts.
